Q:How do I order a custom surfboard bag?

A: There is a break down of steps below.

STEP 1: Send us a brief message with some simple details, including dimension (L x W x T) of your board, photo of your surfboard (full length) and colour / design preference.
STEP 2: Once we receive the email, Uta will contact you directly to discuss all details.  She will guide you through the process.
STEP 3: Once your order has been confirmed and you are happy to proceed, we will require a 25% deposit payment.
Uta will also discuss delivery & pick up options for your custom.

Q: How much will my custom board bag cost?

A: It all depends on what you desire, but it is close to our stock board prices unless you are after a special detail.please make contact with us to discuss further, thank you.

Q: How long will it take for my custom board bag to be completed?

A: Usually it takes 2-4 weeks for completion but this all depends on what you order. 

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Q: How is my item shipped?

A: All shipments are done using Australian post domestic & international, either registered or track/pack.
International shipping cost are calculated on weight size & destination point, which will be added to the total before checkout.
All purchases are dispatched within 2 business working days and estimated shipping times are between 3-14 business days depending on location and country. Thank you for your purchase and on going support.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: We strive to give you customer satisfaction, through we do not give you refunds if you simply change your mind on your purchase. So please choose carefully.
There is no refund of the original postage and return postage will be at your expense.
Refunds items must be unwashed, unused, unworn, with tags in its original condition.
The item must be returned within 7 days after receiving the order and upon presentation of the original invoice via email.
Please choose between a refund, exchange, credit when item is different to the product purchased online or the item is faulty.
